Rainbow Valley is a paradise for geology lovers, it stands out for its characteristic landscapes of the Domeyko mountain range, unique colours and a great variety of activity options, including hiking and viewing petroglyphs of archeological and historical significance.

Ferrier Lookout

Awasi Patagonia

This lookout is located on the western edge of the National Park. Its proximity to the Southern Patagonian Ice Field and the Pacific Ocean significantly influences the landscape, resulting in greener surroundings due to more frequent precipitation.

Traverse a series of elevated walkways that bring you close to the roaring edge where the river plunges 80 metres into a mist-filled chasm. Awasi Patagonia Conservation

Torres del Paine National Park is a refuge for wildlife, harbouring native species like the puma, condor, guanacos and many others. However, when these creatures leave the protected boundaries of the national park, they are exposed to several dangers. Since Awasi Patagonia is located right on the edge of the park, we created a natural corridor on our grounds, expanding the protected area creating territories for them to roam freely.

Nature & Wildlife

Awasi Iguazu is set in one of the last remaining parts of the Atlantic Rainforest, one of the most biodiverse areas of Argentina and one of the best places in the world for bird-watching and butterfly-spotting. Sadly, the rainforest is rapidly decreasing in neighboring areas due to deforestation. At Awasi, we work towards the preservation of this ecosystem through numerous initiatives.

Relais & Châteaux Sustainability Report

Relais & Chateaux, the association of 580 hotels and restaurants worldwide (including Awasi Atacama, Patagonia, Iguazu, Santa Catarina and Mendoza), published its first sustainability report for 2022. With data gathered via operation and consumption surveys taken by all its members, the report examines the environmental and social impact of its member properties and sets 15 goals to meet by 2030.
